Clinical observation of precision nursing methods in patients with severe traumatic brain injury due to traffic accidents
精准化护理方法在车祸致重度颅脑外伤的临床效果观察

摘要

目的 针对车祸致重度颅脑外伤患者，研讨精准化护理方法的应用效果。方法 2024年6月-2025年6月，车祸致重度颅脑外伤患者作为分析调查对象，合计89例，基于掷骰子法予以分组，施以常规化护理方法共44例，纳入比照组；施以精准化护理方法共45例，纳入研究组，对比两组日常生活能力、神经功能、满意度。结果 研究组Barthel分值高于比照组，P＜0.05。研究组NIHSS分值低于比照组，P＜0.05。研究组满意度高于比照组，P＜0.05。结论 通过实施精准化护理方法，有助于提高患者日常生活能力，改善神经功能，且患者满意度较高。

Abstract

Objective To study the application effects of precision nursing methods for patients with severe traumatic brain injury due to traffic accidents.
Methods From June 2024 to June 2025, a total of 89 patients with severe traumatic brain injury due to traffic accidents were selected as research subjects. Based on a dice-throwing method, they were divided into two groups: a control group of 44 patients receiving routine nursing methods and a study group of 45 patients receiving precision nursing methods. Daily living abilities, neurological functions, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The Barthel score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. The NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05. The satisfaction level of the study group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   The implementation of precision nursing methods helps improve patients’ daily living abilities, enhance neurological functions, and results in higher patient satisfaction.
