目的 分析微生物检验在泌尿系统感染预防和诊断治疗中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2022年1月到2024年12月收治的200例患者参与本次研究,该200例患者当中有100例患者为抗生素经验用药;100例患者为微生物送检鉴定药敏后用药治疗,分析治疗效果以及不良反应发生率,结果 实验组患者治疗效果优于对照组,p<0.05,对比患者不良反应发生率,实验组低于对照组,p<0.05差异具备统计学意义。结论 为泌尿系感染预防和诊断治疗中开展微生物检验,可以提升患者治疗效果,降低不良反应的产生,促进其恢复。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of microbiological testing in preventing, diagnosing, and treating urinary tract infections (UTIs). Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 200 patients admitted between January 2022 and December 2024. Among these patients, 100 received empirical antibiotic therapy while the remaining 100 underwent antibiotic sensitivity testing and subsequent treatment. The therapeutic outcomes and adverse reaction rates were analyzed. Results The experimental group demonstrated superior treatment efficacy compared to the control group (p<0.05). Statistical analysis revealed significantly lower adverse reaction rates in the experimental group (p<0.05). Conclusion Implementing microbiological testing in UTI prevention and treatment can enhance therapeutic outcomes, reduce adverse reactions, and promote patient recovery.
