摘要

光伏电站建设项目在近几年得到了广泛的发展,但其项目进度的延误问题一直存在,严重影响了项目的经济效益与市场发展。本文通过对光伏电站建设项目进度延误的关键因素进行深入分析,识别出技术、管理、环境等方面的障碍。基于这些因素,提出了优化对策,旨在提高项目的进度管理水平,减少延误情况的发生。通过案例分析,本文展示了有效的优化措施,如合理的项目规划、优化资源配置、加强技术支持与管理手段的提升等。本研究为光伏电站建设提供了一套可行的优化方案,为行业的发展提供理论指导。

Abstract

Photovoltaic power plant construction projects have developed extensively in recent years, but the problem of project schedule delays has persisted, seriously affecting the economic benefits and market development of the projects. This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the key factors causing schedule delays in photovoltaic power plant construction projects, identifying obstacles in aspects such as technology, management, and the environment. Based on these factors, optimization countermeasures are proposed to improve the level of project schedule management and reduce the occurrence of delays. Through case studies, this paper demonstrates effective optimization measures, such as reasonable project planning, optimized resource allocation, enhanced technical support, and improved management methods. This study provides a set of feasible optimization schemes for photovoltaic power plant construction and offers theoretical guidance for the development of the industry.
