本文主要研究薄煤层综采工作面自动化装备的协同控制问题。针对传统综采工作面自动化装备存在的协同效率低、作业不稳定等问题,提出了一种基于信息化与智能化技术的装备协同控制系统。通过优化各类自动化设备之间的通信机制及协同调度策略,实现了工作面各类设备的高效协同与协调作业。改进后的自动化装备系统能够显著提高工作面作业效率,减少人工干预,并有效提升煤矿生产的安全性与稳定性。为未来薄煤层综采自动化装备的发展提供了理论依据与技术支持。
This paper mainly studies the cooperative control problem of automatic equipment in fully mechanized mining face of thin coal seam. Aiming at the problems of low cooperative efficiency and unstable operation existing in traditional automatic equipment of fully mechanized mining face, an equipment cooperative control system based on information and intelligent technology is proposed. By optimizing the communication mechanism and cooperative scheduling strategy between various automatic equipment, the efficient cooperation and coordinated operation of various equipment in the working face are realized. The improved automatic equipment system can significantly improve the operation efficiency of the working face, reduce manual intervention, and effectively enhance the safety and stability of coal mine production. It provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the development of automatic equipment for fully mechanized mining of thin coal seams in the future.
