化工设备腐蚀失效与安全寿命预测模型构建

摘要

化工设备在长期运行过程中易受到腐蚀介质影响,导致结构劣化与失效,严重威胁工业安全与生产效率。针对腐蚀失效的多因素耦合特点,构建科学的安全寿命预测模型已成为提高设备可靠性与安全性的关键路径。本文围绕腐蚀机理、失效模式识别及预测方法展开研究,提出一种融合多源数据驱动与物理机制建模的寿命预测模型框架,为化工设备的寿命管理和风险控制提供理论依据与技术支撑。

Abstract

During prolonged operation, chemical equipment is susceptible to corrosion media that cause structural degradation and failure, posing serious threats to industrial safety and production efficiency. Given the multi-factor coupling characteristics of corrosion-induced failures, developing a scientific safety life prediction model has become crucial for enhancing equipment reliability and safety. This study investigates corrosion mechanisms, failure mode identification, and predictive methodologies, proposing a framework that integrates multi-source data-driven approaches with physical mechanism modeling for life prediction. The proposed framework provides theoretical foundations and technical support for lifecycle management and risk control in chemical equipment systems.
