聚乙醇酸合成工艺的优化与改进研究

摘要

针对聚乙醇酸合成工艺,从工艺参数、催化剂、原料预处理三方面展开优化与改进研究。优化反应温度、时间、压力及单体浓度等参数,分析其对反应及产物的影响;探究金属化合物、有机、负载型及复合催化剂的性能与改进方式;优化原料纯度提升、含水量调控、杂质去除及预处理条件,为聚乙醇酸的高效合成提供了全面且具体的技术参考。

Abstract

This study investigates the optimization and improvement of the polyglycolic acid synthesis process from three perspectives: process parameters, catalysts, and raw material pretreatment. Parameters such as reaction temperature, time, pressure, and monomer concentration were optimized, and their effects on the reaction and product were analyzed. The performance and improvement methods of metal compounds, organic, supported, and composite catalysts were explored. Furthermore, optimization efforts were made to increase raw material purity, control water content, remove impurities, and improve pretreatment conditions. This study provides a comprehensive and detailed technical reference for the efficient synthesis of polyglycolic acid.
