摘要

在基层医疗中，社区卫生服务中心是非常重要的组成部分，能够满足居民的基本医疗需求。目前在社区卫生服务中心中对于中药饮片的使用越来越多，中药饮片可以根据个体差异调整配方，对诸多疾病有独特疗效。但现阶段不合理的中药饮片处方问题越发突出，这就需要加强对社区卫生服务中心中药饮片处方的点评工作，对不合理处方的成因及类型有全面及深刻的理解，最大程度保障患者的用药安全，也为中医药事业的有序健康发展提供重要支持。

Abstract

In primary healthcare, community health service centers are a very important component and can meet the basic medical needs of residents. At present, the use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in community health service centers is increasing. Traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces can be adjusted in formula according to individual differences and have unique therapeutic effects on many diseases. However, at present, the problem of unreasonable prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the review of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in community health service centers, have a comprehensive and profound understanding of the causes and types of unreasonable prescriptions, ensure the safety of patients' medication to the greatest extent, and also provide important support for the orderly and healthy development of traditional Chinese medicine.
