Comparative study on the effects of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and conventional foot care on blood circulation improvement in critically Ill patients
中药沐足与常规足部护理在重症患者血液循环改善中的效果比较研究

摘要

为探讨重症医学科中药沐足与常规足部护理对重症患者血液循环改善的效果及其护理满意度和依从性差异。选取我院收治的60例重症患者为研究对象，依据随机分组原则分为研究组（中药沐足，30例）与常规组（常规足部护理，30例）。比较两组患者的并发症发生率、护理满意度以及总依从率等指标。通过统计学分析显示，研究组患者并发症发生率显著低于常规组，研究组患者在护理安全、护理效果、操作技能和护理服务等方面的护理满意度评分均显著高于常规组。综上，中药沐足护理较常规足部护理能够显著改善重症患者血液循环效果，不仅降低了相关并发症的发生率，还提升了护理满意度及患者依从性，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)foot bath and conventional foot care on blood circulation improvement in critically ill patients in the intensive care unit, as well as the differences in nursing satisfaction and compliance. A total of 60 critically ill patients admitted to our hospital were selected as research subjects and divided into the study group (TCM foot bath,30 cases) and the control group (conventional foot care,30 cases) according to the principle of random grouping. The incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction, and overall compliance rate were compared between the two groups. Statistical analysis showed that the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction scores of the study group in terms of nursing safety, nursing effectiveness, operational skills, and nursing services were all significantly higher than those of the control group. In conclusion, TCM foot bath care is more effective than conventional foot care in improving blood circulation in critically ill patients. It not only reduces the incidence of related complications but also enhances nursing satisfaction and patient compliance, making it highly valuable for clinical promotion.
