近年来，国家越来越重视创新驱动发展，对创业教育的有效性提出了更高的要求，这有利于提高大学生的就业率，提升大学生的创业意识和能力。新时代背景下，国家需要更多的创新型人才参与建设，创业教育有利于促进创新型人才培养目标的实现。我国高校创业教育起步较晚，经验积累不足，还有很长的路要走。目前，我们在创业教育方面积累了一些经验，但也面临着一些困难。本文阐述了我国高校创业教育过程中面临的各种挑战，分析了如何应对这些挑战，并探讨了如何借助创业教育培养创新型人才。
In recent years, the country has increasingly focused on innovation-driven development and has set higher standards for effective entrepreneurship education. This focus is beneficial for enhancing the employment rate of college students and improving their awareness and ability in entrepreneurship. Under the backdrop of the new era, the country requires more innovative talents to engage in construction, and entrepreneurship education is beneficial for advancing the attainment of the training goal for innovative talents. The establishment of entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities is relatively recent, and the accumulated experience is insufficient. Therefore, there is still a long journey ahead. At present, we have accumulated some experience in entrepreneurship education but also face some difficulties. This paper explains the various challenges faced in the process of entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities, analyzes how to deal with these challenges, and discusses how to cultivate innovative talents with the help of entrepreneurship education.
