Application of prophylactic pressure ulcer care in elderly and critically ill patients
预防性压疮护理在高龄重症患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探究预防性压疮护理干预措施在高龄重症患者中的实践应用效果与临床价值。方法 本研究纳入我院收治的84例高龄重症患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法进行分组，将研究对象均衡分配至对照组（42例，实施常规护理）与研究组（42例，实施预防性压疮护理干预措施）。对两组患者的护理效果展开对比分析。结果 与对照组相比，研究组的住院时长显著减少，且该组的压疮发生概率处于较低水平。差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在高龄重症患者接受临床治疗的过程中，对其实施预防性压疮护理，不仅能够降低压疮的发生概率，还可进一步缩短患者的住院周期，对于推动患者早日恢复健康有着正向作用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical application effect and clinical value of preventive pressure ulcer nursing interventions in elderly and critically ill patients.
Methods In this study, 84 elderly and critically ill patients admitted to our hospital were included as study subjects. The study subjects were divided into control group (42 cases, with routine care) and study group (42 cases, with preventive pressure ulcer care interventions). The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.
Results Compared with the control group, the length of hospital stay was significantly reduced in the study group, and the probability of pressure ulcer occurrence in this group was at a low level. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of clinical treatment, the implementation of preventive pressure ulcer care for elderly and severe patients can not only reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers, but also further shorten the hospitalization period of patients, which has a positive effect on promoting the early recovery of patients.
