The value of extended nursing with four action methods in intervening in hypertensive patients
四项行动法延伸护理对高血压患者干预的价值

摘要

目的 分析在高血压患者的护理中采用四项行动法下的延伸护理的实际价值；方法 研究选取前瞻性研究的形式，以2023年1月-2024年12月为研究周期，选取90例高血压患者展开分组研究。随机数字法分组，各45例。对照组为常规护理，观察组为四项行动法延伸护理，比较两组血压水平等；结果 观察组干预后的收缩压及舒张压水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组自我护理能力各维度评分均高于对照组（P<0.05），且观察组并发症发生率较低（P<0.05）；结论 对高血压患者采用四项行动法延伸护理，能够强化对血压水平的控制效果，并增加患者的自护能力，遏制不良反应发生，有效改善预后，应用价值良好。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the practical value of extended nursing under the four action methods in the nursing of patients with hypertension.
Methods A prospective study was conducted in 90 patients with hypertension from January 2023 to December 2024. 45 cases in each group were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given extended nursing with four actions, and the blood pressure levels of the two groups were compared.
Results The levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Using four actions to extend nursing care for patients with hypertension can strengthen the control effect of blood pressure level, increase the self-care ability of patients, curb the occurrence of adverse reactions, effectively improve the prognosis, and has good application value.
