本文聚焦叙事护理于肿瘤病人临床护理的运用进展，叙事护理作为新兴人文关怀模式，借由倾听、理解患者故事，给予情感支持与个性化照护。在肿瘤护理领域，其于心理支持、疼痛管理、家庭护理及临终关怀等多方面发挥积极作用，虽取得一定成果，但仍需深化研究与广泛实践，旨在提升肿瘤患者护理质量与生活品质。
This article focuses on the application of narrative nursing in the clinical care of cancer patients. Narrative nursing, as a new form of humanistic care, provides emotional support and personalized care by listening to and understanding patients' stories. In the field of cancer care, it plays a positive role in psychological support, pain management, family care, and end-of-life care. Although it has achieved some success, further research and broader practice are needed to enhance the quality of care and improve the quality of life for cancer patients.
