消化内科疾病多具有慢性反复发作的特点，患者的生活习惯、治疗依从性与疾病预后密切相关。本文从消化内科疾病特性出发，围绕健康教育的核心内容、创新方式、实施策略及保障机制展开探讨，旨在为提升健康教育的针对性和实效性提供参考，助力患者形成健康行为，促进疾病的长期管理。
Gastroenterological diseases are predominantly characterized by chronic and recurrent episodes, where patients' lifestyle habits and treatment adherence significantly influence disease prognosis. Based on the clinical features of gastroenterological disorders, this study explores the core components of health education, innovative approaches, implementation strategies, and supporting mechanisms. The research aims to provide evidence-based references for enhancing the precision and effectiveness of health education interventions, thereby facilitating the adoption of healthy behaviors among patients and improving long-term disease management outcomes.
