Research on the impact of pharmaceutical management services on unreasonable prescription medication in outpatient pharmacies
药学管理服务对门诊药房处方用药不合理情况的影响研究

摘要

目的 探讨在门诊药房实施药学管理服务对处方用药不合理情况的作用。方法 采用回顾性分析法进行研究观察，选取本院门诊药房2023年（1月-12月）实施常规处方管理下的500张处方设为对照组，再选取本院门诊药房2024年（1月-12月）实施药学管理服务下的500张处方设为观察组。比较两组门诊药房处方管理效果。结果 观察组处方中出现不合理用药发生率、患者药物不良反应发生率低于对照组，患者对药物管理质量满意度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在门诊药房实施药学管理服务能够有效降低处方用药不合理与患者药物不良反应的发生率，提高患者对药物管理质量的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of implementing pharmaceutical management services in outpatient pharmacies on the irrational use of prescription drugs.
Methods Retrospective analysis was used for research observation. 500 prescriptions under routine prescription management implemented in our outpatient pharmacy from January to December 2023 were selected as the control group, and 500 prescriptions under pharmaceutical management services implemented in our outpatient pharmacy from January to December 2024 were selected as the observation group. Compare the prescription management effectiveness of two groups of outpatient pharmacies.
Results The incidence of irrational drug use and adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the satisfaction score of patients with drug management quality was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing pharmaceutical management services in outpatient pharmacies can effectively reduce the incidence of irrational prescription medication and adverse drug reactions in patients, and improve patient satisfaction with the quality of drug management.
