探讨电视胸腔镜手术对孤立性肺结节的临床治疗效果

摘要

目的 浅析孤立性肺结节患者采用电视胸腔镜手术治疗（VATS）的效果。方法 选取2019年1月~2023年1月本院接受治疗且签署知情同意书的孤立性肺结节患者60例，采取随机原则将纳入本次研究患者平均分成2组，三孔组采用三孔VATS治疗，单孔组采用单操作孔VATS治疗，对比临床治疗效果。结果 单孔组患者术后疼痛度评分于三孔组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；另有，单孔组患者氧化应激反应评估优于三孔组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。此外，单孔组患者术后并发症率低于三孔组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对孤立性肺结节患者实施电视胸腔镜手术的效果显著，不仅改善了氧化应激反应治疗，还能减轻疼痛，降低术后并发症率，干预效果确切。

Abstract

Objective To briefly analyze the effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) in patients with solitary pulmonary nodules.
Methods Sixty patients with solitary pulmonary nodules who received treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 and signed informed consent forms were selected. The patients included in this study were randomly divided into two groups. The three-port group was treated with three-port VATS, and the single-port group was treated with single-operation port VATS. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared.
Results The postoperative pain score of patients in the single-port group was significantly different from that in the three-port group (P < 0.05). In addition, the assessment of oxidative stress response in the single-port group was better than that in the three-port group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). In addition, the postoperative complication rate of patients in the single-port group was lower than that in the three-port group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for patients with solitary pulmonary nodules is remarkable. It not only improves the treatment of oxidative stress response, but also reduces pain and lowers the rate of postoperative complications. The intervention effect is definite.
