Observation of the therapeutic effect of tacrolimus capsules on chronic glomerulonephritis
他克莫司胶囊对慢性肾小球肾炎的治疗效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨在慢性肾小球肾炎治疗中应用他克莫司胶囊的价值。方法 选择2021年1月~2025年1月就医的慢性肾小球肾炎患者70例，经随机法分作两组，对照组提供厄贝沙坦治疗，观察组则联合他克莫司胶囊，对比治疗效果。结果 察组的临床疗效率高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组的血清肌酐、血尿素氮以及24h尿蛋白水平低于对照组，观察组的肾小球滤过率及肌酐清除率值高于对照组（P＜0.05），但两组不良用药反应率无明显差异性（P＞0.05）。结论 经以他克莫司胶囊辅助治疗后，有助于促进患者肾功能改善，提高治疗效果的同时，还不会增加不良用药反应发生，因此建议推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of using tacrolimus capsules in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.
Methods 70 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who received medical treatment from January 2021 to January 2025 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with irbesartan, while the observation group was treated with tacrolimus capsules. The treatment effects were compared.
Results The clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and 24-hour urinary protein levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The glomerular filtration rate and creatinine clearance rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion   After adjuvant treatment with tacrolimus capsules, it can help promote the improvement of renal function in patients, improve treatment efficacy, and not increase the occurrence of adverse drug reactions. Therefore, it is recommended to promote it.
