目的 探究人性化护理在心内科冠心病患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年5月-2025年5月本院收治的80例冠心病患者进行研究，将其随机分为常规护理组和人性化护理组，每组40例。常规护理组实施心内科冠心病常规护理措施，人性化护理组在此基础上实施涵盖心理疏导、个性化生活指导、疼痛管理优化等内容的人性化护理。结果 人性化护理组患者在症状改善、心理状态调节、生活质量提升等方面效果显著优于常规护理组（P<0.05）。结论 人性化护理可有效提高心内科冠心病患者的护理效果，改善患者身心状态。
Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of coronary heart disease patients in the cardiology department. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected for the study and randomly divided into a routine nursing group and a humanized nursing group, with 40 patients in each group. The routine nursing group implements routine nursing measures for coronary heart disease in the cardiology department, while the humanized nursing group implements humanized nursing covering psychological counseling, personalized life guidance, pain management optimization, and other contents on this basis. Results The humanized nursing group showed significant improvement in symptoms, psychological state regulation, and quality of life compared to the conventional nursing group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing can effectively improve the nursing effect of coronary heart disease patients in cardiology and improve their physical and mental state.
