摘要

目的 探究结构化健康教育联合5A护理模式对糖尿病性骨质疏松患者疾病认知水平及自我管理能力的影响,为临床护理干预提供新策略。方法 我院2024年1月至2025年5月期间收治糖尿病性骨质疏松患者,共计人数106例,以电脑随机分组方式作为标准,将参与者均分为两组,即对照组(常规护理),观察组(结构化健康教育联合5A护理干预),对实施过程中两组患者相关指标数据作整理记录,结合统计学系统进行对比观察,分析结构化健康教育联合5A护理干预应用价值。结果 观察组患者认知水平数据、自我管理能效数据以及自我效能感数据相比对照组均呈现出较高优势性,组间对比P值﹤0.05,可见统计学意义。结论 结构化健康教育联合5A护理干预能够有效提升糖尿病性骨质疏松患者的疾病认知水平,强化其自我管理能力与自我效能感,该护理模式具有显著临床应用价值,值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of structured health education combined with the 5A nursing model on the disease awareness and self-management skills of patients with diabetic osteoporosis, providing new strategies for clinical nursing interventions.
Methods From January 2024 to May 2025, our hospital treated a total of 106 patients with diabetic osteoporosis. Using computer randomization, participants were divided into two groups: the control group (standard care) and the observation group (structured health education combined with 5A nursing intervention). The relevant data of both groups during the implementation process were recorded and compared using statistical methods to analyze the value of the application of structured health education combined with 5A nursing intervention.
Results Compared to the control group, the observation group showed significantly higher levels in cognitive awareness, self-management ability, and self-efficacy. The P-value between the two groups was less than 0.05, indicating a statistically significant difference.
Conclusion   Structured health education combined with 5A nursing intervention can effectively enhance the disease awareness, self-management skills, and self-efficacy of patients with diabetic osteoporosis. This nursing model has significant clinical application value and is worth promoting.
