The influence of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with cycling exercise training on the neurological deficit score of patients with sequelae of stroke
半夏白术天麻汤联合踏车运动训练对脑卒中后遗症患者神经功能缺损评分的影响

摘要

目的 剖析半夏白术天麻汤协同踏车运动训练，对脑卒中后遗症状患者神经功能缺损量化评分所产生的效应。方法 于2023年8月至2024年5月期间，甄选60例脑卒中后遗症状患者，依随机数表之法，将其均分为2组，各含30例。对照组采用西医规范化治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合半夏白术天麻汤口服及踏车运动训练，并比较两组结果。结果 治疗后，观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组，下肢痉挛程度改善更明显（P＜0.05）。结论 半夏白术天麻汤联合踏车运动训练可有效优化患者神经功能缺损，宜推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with cycling exercise training on the quantitative scoring of neurological deficits in patients with sequelae of stroke.
Methods From August 2023 to May 2024, 60 patients with sequelae of stroke were selected and randomly divided into two groups, each containing 30 cases, according to the method of random number table. The control group was treated with standardized Western medicine, while the observation group was combined with oral administration of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and cycling exercise training on the basis of the control group. The results of the two groups were compared.
Results After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the degree of lower extremity spasm improved more significantly (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and cycling exercise training can effectively optimize the neurological deficits of patients and is suitable for promotion.
