目的 深化“健康中国”与积极应对人口老龄化国家战略,破解中医学人才培养与医养结合产业需求的结构性矛盾。方法 引入教育生态学与系统论,构建“静态-动态”双维分析框架,构建并对“岗课赛证创(PCCCI)”综合育人模式的内在逻辑进行深度剖析。结果 研究界定了“岗”(三级能力模型)、“课”(三融合课程群)、“赛”(阶梯式赛事链)、“证”(书证融通体系)、“创”(传承创新双轮)各要素的静态结构与功能,并揭示了其以“需求驱动”为主线、“双向互动”为内核、“自适应演化”为动力的动态运行机制。结论 “岗课赛证创”模式是一个动态耦合的复杂适应系统,其为中医药高等教育供给侧改革提供了兼具理论深度与实践可行性的范式,对培养复合型中医人才、赋能医养结合产业发展具有重要推广价值。
Aiming to deepen the "Healthy China" national strategy, address population aging, and resolve the structural mismatch between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) talent training and the needs of the medical - elderly care integration industry. By applying educational ecology and systems theory, a "static - dynamic" two - dimensional framework is constructed to deeply analyze the internal logic of the "Post - Curriculum - Competition - Certificate - Innovation" comprehensive education model. The study defines the static structure and function of "Post" (three - level ability model), "Curriculum" (three - integrated curriculum group), "Competition" (ladder - style competition chain), "Certificate" (book - certificate integration system), and "Innovation" (inheritance - innovation dual - wheel). It also reveals its dynamic operation mechanism centered around "demand - driven", "two - way interaction", and "adaptive evolution". Conclusion The "Post - Curriculum - Competition - Certificate - Innovation" model, a dynamically coupled and complex adaptive system, offers a feasible paradigm for TCM higher education supply - side reform. It is of great value in cultivating compound TCM talents and promoting the development of the medical - elderly care industry.
