立德树人强育人 考察基础培养能力——2025年高考英语全国二卷试题评价和分析

摘要

本文笔者认为 2025 年新课标高考英语全国I 卷和II 卷试题以新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，以落实“立德树人”根本任务为目标，坚持“方向是核心，平稳是关键”的原则，努力做到“立德树人强育人，考查基础培能力。”依据《普通高中英语课程标准》（2017 年版和 2020 年修订版）和《中国高考评价体系》（2019年版）的要求和考查目标，结合高中英语新课标教材，以及 2025 年高考英语新课标全国I 卷和 II 卷试题，参照结合本次参加新课标高考英语新课标全国二卷 17 个省份各地高中英语教学的实际，对 2025年高考英语新课标全国II 卷进行了辩证分析和评价，对未来采用新课标教学和高考备考的师生有借鉴作用。

Abstract

The author believes that the 2025 New Curriculum Standard National College Entrance Examination English Paper I and Paper II are guided by socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era, aiming to implement the fundamental task of "establishing morality and educating people", and adhere to the principle of "direction is core, stability is the key". Efforts are made to "establish morality and educate people to strengthen education; test the foundation and cultivate abilities". Based on the requirements assessment goals of the "Ordinary High School English Curriculum Standards" (2017 edition and 2020 revised edition) and the "China College Entrance Examination Evaluation System" (2019 edition), combined with the new curriculum standard English textbooks for senior high school, as well as the 2025 National College Examination English New Curriculum Standard Papers I and II, and referring to the actual teaching situation of senior high school English in 17 provinces participating in the new curriculum college entrance examination English new curriculum standard national volume II this time, the 2025 National College Entrance Examination English New Curriculum Standard Paper II is dialectic-ally analyzed evaluated, which can be used for reference by teachers and students who will use the new curriculum standard for teaching and college entrance examination preparation in the future.
