The application of abdominal breathing exercise in preventing constipation after anorectal disease surgery
腹式呼吸运动在肛肠疾病术后预防便秘的应用

摘要

目的 探究腹式呼吸运动在肛肠疾病术后预防便秘的应用价值。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年1月本院收治的肛肠疾病患者120例进行研究，患者皆行手术治疗，对照组行常规术后便秘预防护理，观察组行腹式呼吸运动术后便秘预防护理。对比两组患者术后便秘护理的有效率。结果 观察组肛肠疾病术后预防便秘的护理有效率偏高。其中观察组因便秘引发的创口裂开、出血、感染等并发症率为2/3.33%%，对照组因便秘引发的创口裂开、出血、感染等并发症率为5/8.33%（P<0.05）。结论 肛肠疾病术后易发生便秘，腹式呼吸运动有助于患者肠胃蠕动，遏制便秘的发生，进而促进患者恢复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of abdominal breathing exercise in preventing constipation after anorectal disease surgery.
Methods A total of 120 patients with anorectal diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected for the study. All patients underwent surgical treatment. The control group received routine postoperative constipation prevention and care, while the observation group received postoperative constipation prevention and care after abdominal breathing exercises. Compare the effective rate of postoperative constipation care for the two groups of patients. Result The effective rate of nursing for preventing constipation after anorectal disease surgery in the observation group was relatively high. Among them, the complication rates such as wound dehiscence, bleeding and infection caused by constipation in the observation group were 2/3.33%, while those in the control group were 5/8.33% (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Constipation is prone to occur after anorectal disease surgery. Abdominal breathing exercises are helpful for the intestinal peristalsis of patients, prevent the occurrence of constipation, and thereby promote the recovery of patients.
