老年人高血压及糖尿病卫生院健康管理与护理价值

摘要

目的 分析老年高血压及糖尿病卫生院健康管理与护理价值。方法 参与本次研究患者的数量为100例，起始时间为2024年1月份，截止时间为2024年12月份，随机平分成对照组和实验组，对照组常规管理，实验组卫生院健康管理，分析两组患者管理前后血压和血糖水平，评估患者护理满意度。结果 两组患者提供不同的护理模式后，实验组患者的血压水平优于对照组，p<0.05，对比患者的血糖水平，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05，分析患者护理满意度，实验组高于对照组，p<0.05。结论 为老年人高血压以及糖尿病患者提供卫生院健康管理及护理，可以稳定患者的血压以及血糖水平，提升患者护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of health management and nursing care in elderly hypertension and diabetes hospitals.
Methods A total of 100 patients participated in this study, starting from January 2024 and ending in December 2024. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with the control group receiving routine management and the experimental group receiving health management from the hospital. Blood pressure and blood glucose levels before and after management were analyzed to evaluate patient satisfaction with nursing care.
Results After providing different nursing modes, the blood pressure level of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, p<0.05, Comparing the blood glucose levels of patients, the experimental group outperformed the control group, p<0.05, Analyzing patient satisfaction with nursing care, the experimental group was higher than the control group, p<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing health management and nursing care for elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes in health centers can stabilize the blood pressure and blood sugar level of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing care.
