Clinical efficacy study of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear acupoints in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (phlegm dampness syndrome)
中药联合耳穴治疗多囊卵巢综合征(痰湿证)的临床疗效研究

摘要

目的 探究多囊卵巢综合征(痰湿证)患者行中药联合耳穴治疗的疗效。方法 研究对象取自本院2023年3月-2024年3月，共计110例，以随机数字表法分组，常规组（单纯中药治疗）、联合组（中药联合耳穴治疗）， 每组55例。以总有效率、月经周期评分、中医证候评分评价2组效果。结果 联合组治疗总有效率高于常规组（P＜0.05）。月经周期评分、中医证候评分治疗前对比可见，2组对比差异小（P＞0.05），治疗后联合组上述评分均低于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 多囊卵巢综合征(痰湿证)患者采取中药联合耳穴治疗效果更为凸显，能够改善月经周期及相关症状，该方法值的推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear acupoints on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (phlegm dampness syndrome).
Methods The research subjects were selected from our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024, with a total of 110 cases. They were randomly divided into a conventional group (treated with traditional Chinese medicine alone) and a combined group (treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear acupoints) using a random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. Evaluate the effectiveness of two groups based on total effective rate, menstrual cycle score, and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score.
Results The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). The menstrual cycle score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were compared before treatment, and the difference between the two groups was small (P>0.05). After treatment, the combined group had lower scores than the conventional group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and ear acupoints is more effective in treating patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (phlegm dampness syndrome), and can improve menstrual cycles and related symptoms. This method is worth promoting.
