The influence of evidence-based nursing on the sleep and rehabilitation of patients after hernia surgery
循证护理对疝气手术术后患者睡眠及康复的影响

摘要

目的 本文研究重点，分析探讨循证护理服务方案对疝气手术术后患者睡眠及康复的影响，期待能为临床研提供理论与实践依据，更好的保障患者生命健康。方法 设立2023年8月至2024年8月为研究期限，纳入68例接受疝气手术患者为研究依据，遵循“奇偶分组原则”采用系统抽样法进行组别划分，每组归入（n=34），分别开展不同形式的护理干预策略，即参照组提供常规护理，研究组给予循证护理，最终对相关数据展开收集整理、统计归纳，对干预效果作出评价比对、阐述说明。比对数据包括：出院时间、住院时间、情绪状态、生活质量、睡眠时长、并发症发生率。采用t检测（正态计量数据）；采用χ2检验（计数资料）；计算均数以（͞x±s）代替。结果 统计学分析后发现，研究组患者各项指标均显优对照组，P值＜0.05，值得探讨。结论 在本项研究中，有针对性的评价循证护理在疝气手术术后患者睡眠及康复中的影响效果，旨在通过对比方式，令不同护理方案的应用优势展现，优化预后，结局所得明确，循证护理可实施性更强。不仅能加速患者康复进程，减少术后并发症发生风险，同时还可显著提高患者生活质量和睡眠质量，应用价值显著，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective This study focuses on analyzing and discussing the impact of evidence-based nursing service programs on postoperative sleep and recovery in patients who have undergone hernia surgery, aiming to provide theoretical and practical evidence for clinical research to better protect patient health.
Methods The study period was set from August 2023 to August 2024, with 68 patients who underwent hernia surgery included as the research basis. The " odd-even grouping principle" was followed, and systematic sampling was used to divide the groups, with each group consisting of (n=34). Different forms of nursing intervention strategies were implemented for each group: the control group received routine care, while the experimental group received evidence-based nursing. Data collection, organization, and statistical analysis were conducted to evaluate and compare the intervention effects. Data comparison included discharge time, hospital stay duration, emotional state, quality of life, sleep duration, and complication incidence. t-tests were used for normally distributed continuous data; χ2 tests were used for categorical data; mean values were calculated using (͞x±s).
Results Statistical analysis revealed that all indicators of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, with P values ＜0.05, which is worth exploring.
Conclusion   In this study, evidence-based nursing was evaluated for its impact on postoperative sleep and recovery in patients who have undergone hernia surgery. The aim is to highlight the advantages of different nursing protocols through comparative analysis, optimize outcomes, and ensure that evidence-based nursing is more feasible. Not only does it accelerate the patients recovery process and reduce the risk of postoperative complications, but it also significantly improves the patients quality of life and sleep quality, demonstrating significant application value and making it worthy of promotion.
