Communication and teamwork among operating room nurses in enhancing patient care quality
手术室护理人员的沟通与团队协作对患者护理质量的提升

摘要

目的 探讨手术室护理人员的沟通与团队协作对患者护理质量的影响，并分析相关因素，以提高手术室护理的整体水平。方法 选取2023年5月至2024年5月期间的80例手术患者，随机分为对照组与实验组。对照组采用常规手术室护理模式，实验组在常规护理基础上加强护理人员的沟通与团队协作，对比两组患者在手术相关并发症发生率、患者满意度以及手术周转时间等观察指标上的差异。结果 实验组患者的手术相关并发症发生率显著低于对照组，患者满意度明显高于对照组，手术周转时间较对照组明显缩短（P<0.05）。结论 手术室护理人员良好的沟通与团队协作能够有效提升患者护理质量，减少手术并发症，提高患者满意度，提高手术室工作效率，值得在临床手术室护理工作中广泛推广与深入研究。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of communication and teamwork among operating room nurses on patient care quality, analyze related factors, and improve the overall level of operating room nursing.
Methods A total of 80 surgical patients from May 2023 to May 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received conventional operating room nursing care, while the experimental group, in addition to conventional care, strengthened communication and teamwork among nursing staff. The differences in surgical complication rates, patient satisfaction, and surgical turnover time between the two groups were compared.
Results The incidence of surgery-related complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than in the control group, patient satisfaction was markedly higher, and surgical turnover time was significantly reduced compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Good communication and teamwork among operating room nurses can effectively improve patient care quality, reduce surgical complications, increase patient satisfaction, and enhance the efficiency of operating room work, which is worth widely promoting and further studying in clinical operating room nursing.
