摘要

目的 随着医学科技的进步和患者需求的日益增长，手术室护理工作面临着前所未有的挑战。疼痛作为手术过程中最常见的并发症之一，其管理效果直接关系到患者的康复质量和满意度。方法 在患者进入手术室前及术后，由经验丰富的护士进行全面疼痛评估，包括疼痛部位、性质、强度及持续时间等。根据患者的年龄、性别、手术类型及疼痛程度，制定个性化的疼痛管理方案。结果 实施多模式疼痛管理后，患者的疼痛评分显著降低，疼痛症状得到明显改善。护理流程得到优化，护理人员的工作负担减轻，工作效率得到提高。有效缓解疼痛的患者术后恢复情况显著改善，住院时间缩短，医疗费用降低。结论 综上所述，模式疼痛管理在手术室护理中的实施具有显著性、有效性和实用性。通过综合运用药物治疗、治疗、心理干预等多种手段，能够显著提高患者的疼痛控制效果，优化护理流程，促进患者康复。

Abstract

Objective With the advancement of medical technology and the increasing demands of patients, operating room nursing faces unprecedented challenges. Pain, as one of the most common complications during surgery, directly affects the quality of patient recovery and satisfaction.
Methods Before patients enter the operating room and postoperatively, comprehensive pain assessments are conducted by experienced nurses, including the location, nature, intensity, and duration of pain. Personalized pain management plans are formulated based on the patient's age, gender, type of surgery, and level of pain.
Results After implementing multimodal pain management, there was a significant reduction in patients' pain scores and a marked improvement in pain symptoms. Nursing processes were optimized, the workload of nursing staff was reduced, and work efficiency was improved. Patients who effectively relieved pain had significantly improved postoperative recovery, shorter hospital stays, and reduced medical costs.
Conclusion   In summary, the implementation of multimodal pain management in operating room nursing is significant, effective, and practical. By integrating various methods such as pharmacological treatment, therapeutic interventions, and psychological interventions, it can significantly improve pain control in patients, optimize nursing processes, and promote patient recovery.
