The influence of functional exercise combined with fracture rehabilitation nursing on fracture patients
功能锻炼结合骨折康复护理对骨折患者的影响

摘要

目的 探讨骨折康复护理结合功能锻炼对患者的影响。方法 选取本院2022年12月-2024年12月骨折患者80例，依据护理方法划分两组，常态护理组40例，接受常态护理，结合护理组40例，接受骨折康复护理结合功能锻炼。统计分析两组临床疗效、骨折康复情况、术后疼痛程度、心理状态、日常生活能力、生活质量、舒适度。结果 结合护理组舒适度高于常态护理组（P<0.05），下床锻炼、住院、骨折愈合时间均短于常态护理组（P<0.05），术后疼痛评分低于常态护理组（P<0.05），焦虑、抑郁评分均低于常态护理组（P<0.05），BI评分、躯体疼痛、生理机能、健康状况、精神健康、情感职能、社会功能评分、舒适度均高于常态护理组（P<0.05）。结论 骨折康复护理结合功能锻炼较常态护理更能将患者的骨折康复速度加快。

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of fracture rehabilitation nursing combined with functional exercise on patients.
Methods Eighty patients with fractures in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups based on the nursing methods. There were 40 cases in the routine care group who received routine care, and 40 cases in the combined care group who received fracture rehabilitation care combined with functional exercises. The clinical efficacy, fracture rehabilitation situation, postoperative pain degree, psychological state, daily living ability, quality of life and comfort level of the two groups were statistically analyzed.
Results The comfort level of the combined nursing group was higher than that of the normal nursing group (P<0.05), the time of getting out of bed for exercise, hospitalization and fracture healing was shorter than that of the normal nursing group (P<0.05), the postoperative pain score was lower than that of the normal nursing group (P<0.05), and the anxiety and depression scores were both lower than those of the normal nursing group (P<0.05). The BI score, physical pain, physiological function, health status, mental health, emotional function, social function score and comfort level were all higher than those of the normal care group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Fracture rehabilitation nursing combined with functional exercise can accelerate the fracture rehabilitation speed of patients more effectively than routine nursing.
