The influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with family intervention on the symptom improvement of patients with allergic rhinitis
中医护理配合家庭干预对变应性鼻炎病人症状改善的影响

摘要

目的 探讨变应性鼻炎病人家庭干预+中医护理的效果。方法 选取本院耳鼻喉科2022年12月-2024年12月变应性鼻炎患者80例，依据护理干预划分两组，常态护理干预组40例，接受常态护理干预，配合护理干预组40例，接受中医护理配合家庭干预。统计分析两组症状评分、中医症候积分、细胞因子水平、护理满意度。结果 配合护理干预组TNSS评分、TNNSS评分、鼻塞、鼻痒、咽痒、眼痒、流涕、喷嚏积分、IgE、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-5、IL-17水平均低于常态护理干预组（P<0.05），IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-10水平、护理满意度均高于常态护理干预组（P<0.05）。结论 变应性鼻炎病人家庭干预+中医护理的效果较常态护理干预好。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of family intervention + traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with allergic rhinitis.
Methods A total of 80 patients with allergic rhinitis in the Department of Otolaryngology of our hospital from December 2022 to December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups based on nursing intervention. There were 40 cases in the routine nursing intervention group, who received routine nursing intervention, and 40 cases in the cooperative nursing intervention group, who received traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with family intervention. The symptom scores, TCM syndrome scores, cytokine levels and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.
Results The TNSS score, TNNSS score, nasal congestion, nasal itching, pharyngeal itching, eye itching, runny nose, sneezing score, IgE, TNF-α, IL-4, IL-5, and IL-17 levels in the cooperative nursing intervention group were all lower than those in the normal nursing intervention group (P<0.05). The levels of IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-10 and the satisfaction with nursing were all higher than those in the normal nursing intervention group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of family intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with allergic rhinitis is better than that of routine nursing intervention.
