髋关节置换术手术室护理路径的实施效果

摘要

目的 本文旨在对髋关节置换术住院患者进行手术室护理路径干预治疗，并探究对其生活质量的影响及术后并发症是否有所缓解。方法 选取我院2023年3月至2024年12月间收治的62例消髋关节置换术住院患者作为实验对象，并采用随机分配的方式，且在所有患者知情自愿的前提下，平均分为常规参照治疗组和手术室护理路径治疗中医护理组，每组31例。采用对照方法对于手术室护理路径治疗在髋关节置换术住院患者的价值与影响做出相关研究。结果 手术室护理路径干预能够在一定程度上缓解髋关节置换术住院患者的焦虑性情绪提高患者生活质量，降低患者治疗过程中的并发症的发生率利于髋关节置换术住院患者的整体治疗。结论 将手术室护理路径应用于髋关节置换术住院患者的治疗中，能提高患者治疗效果，促进患者健康，有利于患者康复，在一定程度上能够提高患者在住院期间的生活质量，改善医患关系。

Abstract

Objective This paper aims to investigate the impact of operating room nursing pathway intervention on the quality of life and postoperative complications in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty.
Methods A total of 62 patients who underwent hip arthroplasty were selected from our hospital between March 2023 and December 2024 as experimental subjects. Using a randomized allocation method, all patients were informed and voluntarily agreed to participate, with an equal division into a conventional control group and an operating room nursing pathway treatment group, each consisting of 31 patients. The value and impact of operating room nursing pathway treatment on patients undergoing hip arthroplasty were studied using a comparative approach.
Results The intervention with the operating room nursing pathway can alleviate anxiety in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty to some extent, improve their quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications during treatment, and benefit the overall treatment of patients undergoing hip arthroplasty.
Conclusion   Applying the operating room nursing pathway to the treatment of patients undergoing hip arthroplasty can enhance treatment outcomes, promote patient health, facilitate recovery, and improve the quality of life during hospitalization, as well as enhance the doctor-patient relationship.
