Comparison of the effect of microwave ablation and thyroid lobectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodules
微波消融术与甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗甲状腺结节的效果比较

摘要

目的 探讨在甲状腺结节（TNS）患者采用微波消融术治疗与甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取本院2023年2月至2025年2月收治的128例TNS患者，根据随机数字表法分组，对照组（甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗，64例），研究组（微波消融术治疗，64例）。比较两组治疗效果。结果 与术前相比，两组术后3d的FT3、FT4水平均明显降低，组间对比中研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；以对照组为参考，研究组术中出血量更少、手术与住院时间更短，并发症发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 微波消融术与甲状腺腺叶切除术均能有效治疗TNS，但微波消融术疗法手术效果与安全性更佳。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of microwave ablation and thyroid lobectomy in patients with thyroid nodules (TNS).
Methods A total of 128 patients with TNS admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2025 were selected and divided into groups according to the random number table method. The control group (treated with thyroid lobectomy, 64 cases) and the study group (treated with microwave ablation, 64 cases). Compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.
Results Compared with that before the operation, the levels of FT3 and FT4 in both groups were significantly decreased 3 days after the operation. In the comparison between groups, the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Compared to the control group, the study group had less intraoperative blood loss, shorter operation and hospitalization times, and a lower incidence of complications (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Both microwave ablation and thyroidectomy can effectively treat TNS, but the surgical effect and safety of microwave ablation therapy are better.
