装配式建筑中,灌浆套筒连接施工质量直接影响结构安全性与耐久性,其检测技术一直是行业研究重点。传统检测方法受限于人工操作与离线分析,存在精度不足、效率低下及成本偏高的问题,难以满足规模化施工需求。本文聚焦智能检测技术在该领域的应用,系统阐述基于传感器网络、大数据分析与物联网技术的集成方案,包括实时采集灌浆压力、温度、流速等关键参数,通过机器学习算法实现缺陷精准识别与定位。解析智能检测系统的硬件架构、数据传输协议及软件平台构建要素,并结合工程案例验证其应用效果。
In prefabricated construction, the quality of grouting sleeve connections directly affects structural safety and durability. The detection technology for this process has always been a key focus in industry research. Traditional detection methods, limited by manual operations and offline analysis, suffer from issues such as insufficient accuracy, low efficiency, and high costs, making them inadequate for large-scale construction needs. This paper focuses on the application of intelligent detection technology in this field, systematically presenting an integrated solution based on sensor networks, big data analytics, and IoT technologies. The system includes real-time collection of critical parameters such as grouting pressure, temperature, and flow rate, with machine learning algorithms enabling precise defect identification and localization. The paper analyzes the hardware architecture, data transmission protocols, and software platform components of the intelligent detection system, while validating its effectiveness through engineering case studies.
