建筑行业数字化转型背景下,传统监理模式已难以满足工程管理需求。构建建筑工程监理数字化管理平台,旨在整合工程数据、优化监理流程、提升管理效率。通过分析监理业务痛点,设计涵盖多模块的数字化平台架构,运用物联网、大数据、云计算等关键技术实现数据实时采集、智能分析与协同共享。平台可对工程进度、质量、安全等环节进行精准管控,助力监理工作标准化、智能化。实践表明,数字化管理平台显著提升监理效率与工程管理水平,为建筑行业高质量发展提供新路径。
In the context of the digital transformation of the construction industry, the traditional supervision model can no longer meet the demands of project management. The goal of constructing a digital management platform for construction project supervision is to integrate project data, optimize supervision processes, and enhance management efficiency. By analyzing the pain points in supervision operations, a multi-module digital platform architecture has been designed, utilizing key technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and cloud computing to achieve real-time data collection, intelligent analysis, and collaborative sharing. The platform can precisely control project progress, quality, and safety, thereby promoting the standardization and intelligence of supervision work. Practical experience has shown that the digital management platform significantly improves supervision efficiency and project management levels, providing a new pathway for the high-quality development of the construction industry.
