摘要

在EPC（设计-采购-施工）工程总承包模式下，装配式建筑的成本控制面临新的挑战与机遇。本文围绕“如何在EPC模式下实现装配式建筑的有效成本控制”这一核心论点，分析了当前装配式建筑在设计、构件生产、运输及现场施工等环节中存在的主要问题，并提出相应的优化策略。通过整合设计与施工资源、加强全过程协同管理、优化构件标准化程度以及引入信息化技术手段，提升项目整体效率和经济效益。研究结果可为装配式建筑在EPC模式下的推广与应用提供理论支持与实践指导。

Abstract

Under the EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) general contracting mode, cost control of prefabricated buildings faces new challenges and opportunities. Focusing on the core argument of "how to achieve effective cost control of prefabricated buildings under the EPC mode," this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the design, component production, transportation, and on-site construction of prefabricated buildings, and proposes corresponding optimization strategies. By integrating design and construction resources, strengthening whole-process collaborative management, optimizing component standardization, and introducing information technology, the overall efficiency and economic benefits of projects are improved. The research results can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings under the EPC mode.
