脓毒症免疫治疗研究进展分析

摘要

脓毒症为严重创伤或感染性疾病患者常见严重并发症，患者出现脓毒症后，可观察到寒战、发热、心慌与气促等症状，精神状态也会受到不良影响。随着病情发展，易引起脓毒症休克，严重威胁生命健康。临床对于脓毒症治疗，主要会结合患者实际情况，合理选择病因、支持性及免疫调理等治疗方式，但病因治疗与支持性治疗在具体应用中不能有效逆转病情。脓毒症发病机制具有复杂性，会涉及到多种免疫细胞因子，免疫疗法的应用能够对应疾病造成的免疫功能紊乱有效调节并促进其恢复，增强疗效。因此，需要重视免疫治疗研究，对机体免疫反应有效调节，以达到从根本上治愈脓毒症的目的，降低死亡风险，为患者生命健康提供保障。

Abstract

Sepsis is a common serious complication of patients with severe trauma or infectious diseases. After sepsis occurs, the symptoms of chills, fever, panic and shortness of breath can be observed, and the mental state will also be adversely affected. As the condition progresses, it can easily lead to septic shock, posing a serious threat to life and health. For the treatment of sepsis in clinical practice, it is mainly based on the actual situation of the patient to choose appropriate treatment methods such as etiology, supportive therapy, and immune regulation. However, etiological therapy and supportive therapy cannot effectively reverse the condition in specific applications. The pathogenesis of sepsis is complex and involves multiple immune cytokines. The application of immunotherapy can effectively regulate and promote the recovery of immune dysfunction caused by the disease, enhancing therapeutic efficacy. Therefore, it is necessary to attach importance to the research of immunotherapy, effectively regulate the immune response of the body, in order to fundamentally cure sepsis, reduce the risk of death, and provide guarantees for the life and health of patients.
