摘要

在新时代背景下，经济社会发展持续加快，对于高校人才的培养提出了更高的要求。高职院校在进行人才培养的过程中，为促使学生的综合素质能力可以进一步得到提升，需要准确开展思想政治教育。同时，在落实思想政治教育的过程中，更需要突破传统政治教育存在的局限性，将思政教育和传统文化进行有效融合，进一步提升该方面教育的作用，起到对学生综合素质能力进行提升的目的。本文立足于高职院校思想政治教育，分析将传统文化与思政教育进行融合与渗透的措施。
