跨文化沟通能力在全球化的时代背景下,已经成为高职高专学生核心素养的重要内容。本研究在跨文化交际理论、多模态话语分析理论、建构主义学习理论以及数字素养框架的指导下展开。研究英文 Vlog 作为一种创新教学工具在提升高职学生跨文化沟通能力方面的应用价值与实施途径。通过行动研究法,在某高职院校进行实证教学,综合使用学生的 Vlog 作品分析、跨文化敏感度量表(ISS)的前后测、学习者反思日志以及教师观察等多种数据进行分析。研究表明,英文 Vlog 项目在提升学生的语言应用能力、文化敏感性、多模态表达技能以及自主学习意识等方面具有显著成效。研究同时分析了实施过程中面临的技术设备、师资能力、平台选择等挑战,并提出针对性解决方案。本研究为高职外语教学改革提供了创新视角与实践范例,强调了技术赋能下情境化、体验式学习对培养应用型人才跨文化素养的关键作用。
In the context of globalization, intercultural communication competence has become an essential component of the core competencies for vocational college students. Guided by theories of intercultural communication, multimodal discourse analysis, constructivist learning, and the digital literacy framework, this study explores the application value and implementation strategies of English Vlogs as an innovative teaching tool to enhance the intercultural communication skills of vocational students. Through action research, an empirical teaching experiment was conducted at a vocational college, incorporating multiple data sources such as analysis of students' Vlog works, pre- and post-testing with the Intercultural Sensitivity Scale (ISS), learner reflection journals, and teacher observations. The findings indicate that the English Vlog project significantly improves students' language application skills, cultural sensitivity, multimodal expression abilities, and self-directed learning awareness. The study also examines challenges encountered during implementation, including technical equipment limitations, teacher competency issues, and platform selection difficulties, proposing targeted solutions. This research provides an innovative perspective and practical model for foreign language teaching reform in vocational education, highlighting the critical role of technology-enhanced contextual and experiential learning in cultivating the intercultural competence of applied talents.
