协同效应下的大学英语思政教学改革路径研究

摘要

协同效应强调系统内部以及系统之间的要素相互影响、相互促进,协调一致以使系统整体效应大于单个组成元素的作用加合;大学英语,作为通识基础课不仅要培养大学生的跨文化交际能力,同时也是课程思政的重要实践载体,以协同视角去研究大学英语思政育人的教学模式是对高校思政课程的有效补充,也是实现从“思政课程”到“课程思政”转变中的重要组成部分。本文以协同育人为视角,探讨大学英语思政教学模式的改革,从高校顶层设计到教师之间的协同、课程之间的协同、理论和实践教学的协同、教学考核与教学过程的协同等方方面面的共同作用将传统教育模式的“单向育人”转变到“立体化育人”,旨在提供层次分明、方向清晰的大学英语思政教学模式达成路径,为构建新型大学英语课程思政模式提供有效参考。

Abstract

The synergy effect emphasizes the mutual influence and promotion among elements within a system and between systems, making the overall effect of the system greater than the sum of the individual components. College English, as an important basic course, not only shoulders the responsibility of cultivating talents with cross-cultural communication skills but also serves as an important practical carrier for ideological and political education in courses. Studying the teaching model of ideological and political education in college English from a collaborative perspective is an effective supplement to ideological and political courses in colleges and universities and an important part of the transformation from “ideological and political courses” to “ideological and political education in courses”. This paper, explores the reform of the ideological and political teaching model of college English and discusses the common effect of all aspects, from the top-level design to the collaboration among teachers, courses, theoretical and practical teaching to teaching assessment and teaching process, transforming the traditional “one-way” model to a “three-dimensional”. The aim is to provide a clear and hierarchical path for achieving the reform of ideological and political education in college English courses, and to enrich the teaching practice and provide references for the construction of a new type of ideological and political education in college English courses.
