针对教学中的痛点和挑战,《英语写作》课程进行创新性教学改革。教师采用混合教学方式:课前教师录制微课讲解知识点,课上进行提问与反馈,通过翻转课堂实现课前的线上学习和课上的线下学习相混合;而课上除了讲授外,采用超星学习通答题、课上投票等活动实现课上的混合教学。同时课上以“产生导向法”为指导,学生通过完成课堂小组任务的形式实现习得性学习。在学生写作反馈中借助AI赋能采用小组互评和教师讲评相结合的方法,促进学生之间的同辈学习。通过该课程的教学,学生英语写作能力显著提升。根据该课程实践形成的线上线下混合教学模式、思政元素的融入模式、小组活动及评价模式,对其他本科语言类和文科类课程具有借鉴价值。
To address the pain points and challenges in teaching, the English Writing course has undergone innovative teaching reform. Teachers adopt a blended learning approach: pre-class micro-lectures are recorded to explain key knowledge points, while in-class questioning and feedback are conducted to integrate pre-class online learning with in-class offline learning through a flipped classroom model. Besides traditional lecturing, in-class blended activities such as real-time quizzes and voting via the Chaoxing Learning App are incorporated. Guided by the Product-Oriented Approach (POA), students achieve acquisitional learning by completing in-class group tasks. For writing feedback, AI is empowered to combine peer review within groups and teacher commentary to facilitate peer learning. Through this curriculum, students’ English writing abilities have significantly improved. The developed online-offline blended teaching model, integration of ideological and political elements, and group activity-evaluation framework provide valuable references for other undergraduate language and liberal arts courses.
