自2021年起,我国在国家层面正式推行义务教育阶段的"5+2"课后服务模式,着力破解学生离校时间与家长工作时间错位的难题。政策落地过程中,课后服务遭遇多重现实困境。相较于其他教育阶段,课后服务对小学生群体及其家庭具有特殊价值。因此,改进完善小学生课后服务体系具有迫切需求。国际经验表明,部分国家在课后服务领域已形成成熟范式。通过系统梳理我国现存问题并借鉴他国成功实践,可为本土化课后服务体系建设提供重要参考,这对推进我国小学课后服务提质增效具有现实意义。
In 2021, China officially launched the "5+2" after-school service policy for compulsory education at the national level, aiming to address the mismatch between students dismissal times and parents working hours. Since its implementation, this program has encountered various challenges. Compared with other educational stages, after-school services hold particular significance for primary school students and their families. Therefore, optimizing these services becomes particularly crucial. Internationally, several countries have achieved remarkable success in after-school programs. By conducting an in-depth analysis of Chinas current issues and drawing lessons from these successful models, we can gain valuable insights for developing localized after-school services. This approach holds significant importance for advancing primary school after-school programs in China.
