耳穴压豆在剖宫产产妇术中恶心呕吐的效果研究

摘要

目的 分析在剖宫产产妇术中恶心呕吐患者的治疗方案中应用耳穴压豆的治疗价值。方法 将2024年4月-2025年5月时段内择期在椎管内麻醉下行剖宫产的单胎足月妊娠产妇142例为研究对象，采用数字随机表法随机分对照组以及实验组各71例，对比术中恶呕吐发生概率以及患者对治疗方法的满意程度。结果 护理后，实验组恶心呕吐概率低于对于照组，且治疗满意度高于对照组，指标对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 在剖宫产产妇术中恶心呕吐患者的治疗方案中应用耳穴压豆可降低术中恶心呕吐的发生概率，促患者躯体舒适性改善的同时手术平稳进行，利于患者术后稳定休养。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of auricular point pressing in the treatment plan for patients with nausea and vomiting during cesarean section.
Methods A total of 142 singleton full-term pregnant women who underwent elective cesarean section under spinal anesthesia from April 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, each consisting of 71 cases, using a digital random table method. The incidence of nausea and vomiting during the operation and the satisfaction of the treatment methods were compared.
Results After nursing, the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the treatment satisfaction was higher than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of auricular point pressing in the treatment plan for patients with nausea and vomiting during cesarean section can reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting during the operation, improve the physical comfort of patients, ensure the smooth progress of the operation, and facilitate the stable recovery of patients after the operation.
