手术室人性化护理对患者围术期心理应激及舒适度的影响

摘要

目的 探究分析手术室人性化护理对患者围术期心理应激及舒适度的影响。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月期间，院内接受手术的患者共102例，作为此次研究对象。应用随机数表法，将102例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用手术室人性化护理，对比两组心理状态；舒适程度以及应激反应水平。结果 干预前，两组SAS、SDS评分，GCQ评分，皮质醇与肾上腺素水平对比，P＞0.05。干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，GCQ评分高于对照组，皮质醇与肾上腺素水平低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 手术室人性化护理可显著改善患者心理状态；舒适程度以及应激反应水平，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the impact of humanized nursing in the operating room on perioperative psychological stress and comfort of patients.
Methods A total of 102 patients who underwent surgery in the hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Using the random number table method, 102 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received humanized nursing care in the operating room. The psychological states of the two groups were compared; Comfort level and stress response level. Result Before intervention, the SAS, SDS scores, GCQ scores, cortisol and adrenaline levels were compared between the two groups, P＞0.05. After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the GCQ score was higher than that of the control group, and the levels of cortisol and adrenaline were lower than those of the control group, P＜0.05.
Conclusion   Humanized nursing in the operating room can significantly improve the psychological state of patients; The comfort level and stress response level are worth promoting and applying.
