目的 探讨全程健康教育模式在2型糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月-2023年12月期间本院收治的110例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,并随机分为对照组(n=55例,采取常规护理模式)与观察组(n=55例,在常规护理的基础上实施全程健康教育模式)。对比两组患者护理后的焦虑、抑郁评分;血糖指标水平、用药依从性、遵医行为、生活质量。结果 观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于对照组患者,用药依从性、遵医行为及生活质量均明显高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 全程健康教育模式在2型糖尿病护理中取得了显著的效果,可有效改善患者的血糖水平、减少焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高用药依从性、遵医行为及生活质量,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of the whole process health education model in the nursing of type 2 diabetes. Methods 110 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from 2023.01 to 2023.12 were selected as research objects, and were randomly divided into the control group (n=55 cases, with conventional nursing mode) and the observation group (n=55 cases, with full course health education mode implemented on the basis of conventional nursing). Compare the anxiety and depression scores of two groups of patients after nursing care; Blood glucose levels, medication adherence, medical compliance behavior, and quality of life. Results The anxiety, depression scores, fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin levels of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group patients. Medication adherence, compliance behavior, and quality of life were significantly higher than those of the control group patients, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The whole process health education model has achieved significant effect in the nursing of type 2 diabetes, which can effectively improve the blood sugar level of patients, reduce anxiety and depression, improve drug compliance, medical compliance behavior and quality of life, and is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
