Analysis of the nursing effect of nebulized inhalation combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training in patients with bronchiectasis

摘要

支气管扩张是一种慢性呼吸系统疾病，患者常表现为长期慢性咳嗽、咳痰及反复感染，严重影响生活质量。雾化吸入治疗是常见的药物给药方式，可有效改善气道通畅性，而呼吸康复训练可增强肺功能，减少并发症的发生。本研究探讨了雾化吸入联合呼吸康复训练对支气管扩张患者的护理效果，通过对比实验分析其在缓解症状、改善肺功能、提高生活质量方面的作用。研究结果表明，联合护理干预可显著减少患者的咳痰量，提高肺功能指标，提高患者依从性，为支气管扩张的综合护理提供了科学依据。

Abstract

Bronchiectasis is a chronic respiratory disease characterized by persistent cough, sputum production, and recurrent infections, which severely affect patients’ quality of life. Nebulized inhalation is a commonly used method for drug delivery that can effectively improve airway patency, while pulmonary rehabilitation training enhances lung function and reduces the incidence of complications. This study explores the nursing effect of combining nebulized inhalation with pulmonary rehabilitation training in patients with bronchiectasis. Through comparative analysis, the study evaluates its impact on symptom relief, lung function improvement, and quality of life. The results show that the combined nursing intervention significantly reduces sputum volume, improves pulmonary function indices, and enhances patient compliance, providing scientific support for comprehensive nursing care in bronchiectasis management.
