双向FDI协调发展、碳排放与经济增长的关系研究——基于“一带一路”沿线国家面板数据的实证研究

摘要

习总书记于2013年提出了“一带一路”倡议,即“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”。文章基于“一带一路”沿线36个国家2012-2022年样本数据,测算出“一带一路”沿线国家双向FDI协调发展水平,建立双向FDI协调发展、经济增长与碳排放之间的联立方程模型,分析三者之间的关系。结果显示:双向FDI与碳排放、经济增长存在着明显的互动关系和区域差异:双向FDI的协调发展在短期内带动碳排放量增加,最终将促进经济可持续增长;碳排放水平的上升在一定程度上促进了双向FDI的协调发展但是却不利于经济增长;经济增长可以促进双向FDI协调发展,从而提高碳排放量。

Abstract

President Xi proposed the "Belt and Road Initiative" in 2013, namely the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road".Based on the sample data of 36 countries along the "Belt and Road" from 2012 to 2022, this article calculates the level of coordinated development of two-way FDI among the countries along the "Belt and Road", establishes a simultaneous equation model of two-way FDI coordinated development, economic growth and carbon emissions, and analyzes the relationship among the three. The results show that there is a significant interactive relationship and regional differences between two-way FDI and carbon emissions and economic growth: the coordinated development of two-way FDI will promote the increase of carbon emissions, thereby promoting economic growth; the increase of carbon emission levels plays a certain promoting role in the coordinated development of two-way FDI, but is not conducive to economic growth; economic growth can promote the coordinated development of two-way FDI, thereby increasing carbon emissions.
