Application analysis of psychological intervention in liver cirrhosis nursing
心理干预在肝硬化护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析肝硬化护理中采用心理干预的应用效果。方法 选取2023年10月至2024年8月我院收治的68例肝硬化患者，随机分为观察组（34例，常规护理干预）和对照组（34例，心理干预），比较两组患者的心理状态、生活质量评分及患者护理满意度。结果 干预后，观察组患者的心理状态评分明显低于对照组，生活质量评分更佳，患者护理满意度均明显更高，其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 心理干预在肝硬化护理中具有显著的应用价值，能够有效改善患者的不良情绪，提升患者生活质量，还能提高其护理满意度，对促进患者病情康复具有积极意义，值得在肝硬化临床护理中进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of psychological intervention in the nursing of liver cirrhosis.
Methods A total of 68 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (34 cases, receiving routine nursing intervention) and the control group (34 cases, receiving psychological intervention). The psychological state, quality of life scores, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results After intervention, the psychological state scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the quality of life scores were better, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological intervention has significant application value in the nursing of liver cirrhosis. It can effectively improve patients' negative emotions, enhance their quality of life, and increase nursing satisfaction, which plays a positive role in promoting the recovery of patients and is worthy of further promotion and application in the clinical nursing of liver cirrhosis.
