Analysis of the effect and complications of continuous nursing for patients undergoing cardiac bypass surgery by the cardiac surgery continuous nursing team
心脏外科连续护理小组对心脏搭桥术患者实施连续护理的效果及并发症分析

摘要

目的 分析心脏外科连续护理小组对心脏塔桥术患者实施连续护理的效果及并发症情况。方法 2023年9月至2024年7月在我院收治的56例心脏塔桥术患者作为观察对象，随机分为对照组（28例）和观察组（28例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用心脏外科连续护理小组的连续性护理。对比两组患者首次排气时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组首次排气时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况明显都优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 心脏外科连续护理小组采用连续护理措施应用于心脏塔桥术患者的效果显著，能有效缩短首次排气时间及住院时间，还能减少并发症发生情况，值得在临床上推广及应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness and complications of continuous nursing care provided by the cardiac surgery team to patients undergoing cardiac tower bridge surgery.
Methods 56 patients undergoing cardiac tower bridge surgery admitted to our hospital from September 2023 to July 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (28 cases) and an observation group (28 cases). The control group received routine care, while the observation group received continuous care from the cardiac surgery continuous care group. Compare the first exhaust time, hospitalization time, and incidence of complications between two groups of patients.
Results The first exhaust time, hospitalization time, and incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of continuous nursing measures by the cardiac surgery continuous nursing team in patients undergoing cardiac tower bridge surgery has significant effects, effectively shortening the first exhaust time and hospitalization time, and reducing the occurrence of complications. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
