Research on the application effect of narrative nursing in breastfeeding guidance for pregnant and postpartum women
叙事护理在孕产妇母乳喂养指导中应用效果研究

摘要

目的 探究叙事护理在孕产妇母乳喂养指导中应用效果。方法 随机选取2024年3月-2025年3月于本院生产且有自主母乳喂养意愿的孕产妇100例进行研究，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组采用常规母乳喂养指导，观察组在常规指导基础上实施叙事护理，对比两组孕产妇母乳喂养知识掌握程度、母乳喂养自我效能感、母乳喂养持续时间、母乳喂养成功率及产后抑郁发生情况。结果 观察组母乳喂养知识掌握优良率高于对照组，母乳喂养自我效能感评分高于对照组，母乳喂养持续时间长于对照组；母乳喂养成功率高于对照组，产后抑郁发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 叙事护理应用于孕产妇母乳喂养指导，可有效提升母乳喂养成功率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of narrative nursing in the breastfeeding guidance of pregnant and postpartum women.
Methods A total of 100 pregnant and postpartum women who gave birth in our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 and had the willingness to breastfeed independently were randomly selected for the study. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional breastfeeding guidance, while the observation group implemented narrative nursing on the basis of conventional guidance. The mastery degree of breastfeeding knowledge, breastfeeding self-efficacy, breastfeeding duration, breastfeeding success rate and the occurrence of postpartum depression of pregnant and postpartum women in the two groups were compared.
Results The excellent and good rate of breastfeeding knowledge mastery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the score of breastfeeding self-efficacy was higher than that in the control group, and the duration of breastfeeding was longer than that in the control group. The success rate of breastfeeding was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of postpartum depression was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of narrative nursing in breastfeeding guidance for pregnant and postpartum women can effectively increase the success rate of breastfeeding.
