Analysis of the effect of bundled nursing intervention on accelerating ICU mechanical ventilation rehabilitation speed and reducing the probability of complications
集束化护理干预对加快ICU机械通气康复速度及降低并发症概率的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析讨论集束化护理干预对加快ICU机械通气康复速度及降低并发症概率的效果。方法 回顾我院2021年1月-2023年12月所接收的100例ICU机械通气患者为研究对象，随机数字法分为两个组别，为研究组以及对照组两个组，分别使用不一样的护理方式（集束化护理和常规护理）。比较两组护理前后血清炎症因子水平、护理后的康复情况与并发症发生率。结果 护理前无可比性（P>0.05），护理后研究组血清炎症因子水平比对照组低（P<0.05）；研究组机械通气时间、ICU治疗时间、住院时间低于对照组，成功脱机率高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对于ICU机械通气患者采用集束化护理可加速康复速度，降低并发症概率，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of bundled nursing intervention on accelerating the rehabilitation speed of ICU mechanical ventilation and reducing the probability of complications.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 100 ICU mechanically ventilated patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, the study group and the control group, using different nursing methods (bundled nursing and routine nursing). Compare the levels of serum inflammatory factors, rehabilitation status, and incidence of complications between two groups before and after nursing care.
Results There was no comparability before nursing (P>0.05), and after nursing, the serum inflammatory factor levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The mechanical ventilation time, ICU treatment time, and hospitalization time of the research group were lower than those of the control group, and the successful weaning rate was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Bundle nursing for ICU mechanically ventilated patients can accelerate recovery speed and reduce the probability of complications, which is worthy of wide promotion and application.
