Nursing experience of PICC catheter-related skin allergic reaction in a patient with gestational trophoblastic neoplasia during PICC indwelling period
一例滋养细胞肿瘤患者PICC带管期间PICC导管相关皮肤过敏反应的护理体会

摘要

目的 探讨分析一例滋养细胞肿瘤患者PICC带管期间PICC导管相关皮肤过敏反应的护理体会。方法 采用回顾性方式，分析一例滋养细胞肿瘤患者PICC带管期间出现皮肤过敏反应的护理过程，同时选取我同院具有相类似20例患者作为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（针对性综合护理），对比两组患者护理效果相关的数据。结果 护理后，观察组的过敏改善时间优质于对照组，观察组的导管留置时间高于对照组，且护理后满意率高于对照组。差异具有统计学意义，（p<0.05）。结论 针对滋养细胞肿瘤患者PICC代管PICC导管相关的皮肤过敏反应，实施针对性的护理措施可以有效改善症状，并且能够延长导管留置时间以及提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the nursing experience of PICC catheter-related skin allergic reaction in a patient with gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) during the peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) indwelling period.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the nursing process of a GTN patient who developed a skin allergic reaction during PICC indwelling. Additionally, 20 similar patients in the same hospital were selected and divided into a control group (receiving routine care) and an observation group (receiving targeted comprehensive care). Data related to nursing outcomes were compared between the two groups.
Results After nursing intervention, the observation group showed a shorter time to improvement of allergy symptoms than the control group, a longer catheter indwelling time than the control group, and a higher satisfaction rate than the control group. The differences were statistically significant (p < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing targeted nursing interventions for PICC catheter-related skin allergic reactions in GTN patients can effectively alleviate symptoms, prolong catheter indwelling time, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
